Richard Carroll Elementary Families, 

On behalf of the faculty and staff of Richard Carroll Elementary School (RCES), welcome to the 2024 – 2025 school year.  Wow, what a difference a year makes!  I feel we have grown so much as a school and community and am so proud to be the principal of RCES.  

RCES is a school rich in tradition where children are the focus.  Together we will provide a high-quality, rigorous educational experience for ALL our students, preparing them with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
